SPACES
In 2008 Leggere Strutture Art Factory started its activity in Bologna, in an ex- industrial place which was renovated in order to create a dance centre for vocational training, choreutic, theatrical and music projects, activities for children and adolescents, laboratories for disabled and old people.
There are multifunctional and multidisciplinary spaces for cultural activities, events and shows.
We organize partnerships with professional artists in order to develop new ideas and working strategies. We have a transversal approach aiming to develop networking, national and international collaborations.
THE MECHANICAL ROOM
The Mechanical room is a 120 mq soundproof place which has a parquet floor, big mirrors, professional music centre provided with 16 channels and 6 speakers. It is a bright place where you can organize many activities. It is composed of: air conditioning, air heating, windows (that may be obscured for shows and workshops), basic and scenic lights, projection area, high bars that may be dismantled, chairs, tables and a projector with technical assistance.
Coworking
The Factory has a “co-working area” and an assembly room which can be used by self-employed and associations. Leggere Strutture organizes projects and collaborations through co-working activities among different arts.
Social Room
The Social room is a place that hosts our members during lunch break and studying. It has a bar, air conditioning, air heating, wi-fi internet and a music centre. It can be also used for exhibitions.
The Saletta
The Saletta is a 40 mq room with tables and chairs, air conditioning, air heating and internet wi-fi. It is separated from the other rooms. It is perfect for the organization of work meeting, laboratories, theoretical and practical classes (i.e. photograph, photoshop, writing courses).
THE EXHIBITION SPACE
Leggere Strutture has an exhibition space that can be used by local and foreign artists. It is located in the ground floor and has wi-fi internet and a music centre. In this place we organize conferences, dj-set and happy hours.
Factory Bar
The Factory Bar is a place for aggregation where you can drink coffee. It is opened during the weekend and the artistic events and it organizes happy hours. It offers a good service to all members of the Factory.
